I like this mobile park. Nice of community and fair amount of yard space. Low space rent but high price on the house.

I’m a regular visitor to Casa De Amigos Mobile Park, so I can’t speak to what it is like to be a resident. But I can give my feedback as a regular visitor so here it is. The place is clean, upscale. People take care is living there and hang up decorations for holidays, for example. People aren’t out and about but it doesn’t affect traffic flow at all. The thing that makes it stand out to me is that there isn’t a security booth at the front requiring check in. That means that they don’t get bad actors and don’t expect them at this mobile home park which is a plus to me. Overall, if you’re looking for a place to live this isn’t a bad place to live. At least from a visitor’s perspective.

Sooo, we’ve been here for a year and a half now. No problems, nothing uncomfortable or bad. We live in a quiet part of the park (last street), awesome people around, once in a while somebody forgets to clean up dog poo in front of our house, but it happens everywhere. Cats are walking around freely, no speeding people here and we did put a cat crossing sign. :) A lot of things could be better of course. Kids playground? Would be totally awesome! Another pedestrian exit on Tasman? Would be amazing!

This is a nice and well-kept mobile home community. I think they built the different locks and stages so the numbering is a little wackadoodle. So if you are unfamiliar with your friends or families home please look at the map in front of the main Community Building. Otherwise she's been going around in circles yelling at the sky is when I do not understand this numbering. this is ridiculous!

The pool opens at 8 am
You mean renting or sub-leasing the units? Unfortunately no. When we signed the contract with the mobile park, it was started there is no renting or sub-leasing
Don't recall anything that prohibits this in the park agreement.
Pets are allowed but there is a limit for dogs: it's either 1 or 2 dogs which have to be under 25 pounds.
Empty spaces are for new homes. Any agent will tell you if some spaces are available. If there is no new buyer for a coming home, a park management will set a new home there and start a selling process. If there is a potential buyer, he/she can select a brand new home, decide which model it will be, how big it will be, what the color of the kitchen and floor/carpet would be, and staff like this. The potential buyer should go through all the paperwork, bank approval, and sign a contract before selecting the home and putting everything in place. Rent space is a subject to change. It grows over time. It can be different for each particular space (all spaces are unique and different in sizes and shapes). In this area it can go up to 1600 per month, and it will increase 3% per year for new buyers (rules can vary for old home owners).
It's a family park, there are no age restrictions.
I don't live there but a friend does far as I know neither Clubhouse is ever going to die alone about the big one but it's a little one it's been 3 years car washes gone I don't have the I don't think they have any intentions on open them up probably put trailers there getting quite a bit for rent to be honest with you but I don't live there like I say I shouldn't even be answering this probably
