It's a brand new theater. Very clean and artistic. I got my AMC A-lister membership back that I cancelled during the pandemic. Location: great location in the middle of Sunnyvale downtown. Next to Whole Foods, Target and Ulta Beauty. There are tons of great restaurants at walking distance. Location couldn't be any more happening. Parking: This AMC doesn't have parking of it's own. Either needs to park in Whole food's parking which is huge OR street park next to theater. Fairly easy. Inside the theater: lobby is nice. There are multiple self-service kiosks/tablets to help people out. Tech-Savvy. Artistic and modern interior with huge wall art, personalized space to sit. Updated restrooms with hand dryer attached at each sink station. Nice setup. Inside the hall: all seats are full recliners with added heated seat functionality which gets hot in no time. I took off one star because recliners are very narrow and feels very cramped. Probably this was done to add maximum seating capacity. Moving tables are very flimsy. There is no way to get those tables out of way in case you are done eating. On the contrary, recliners at AMC Mercado are way better, wider and spacious. This one feels like regular cramped seats but reclines fully. Recliners are super comfortable though. I always carry a short blanket to give me the cozy feel. Overall a great theater. I would plan for a movie and shop for groceries on the way back at Whole Foods which is adjacent to the theater. Super convenient location!

Came here to see Batman on a Sunday night, and I really like how clean the theater was! Despite seeing a popular movie, I felt like the entire theater was thoroughly cleaned before coming in. It's spacious and I liked the reclining chairs. The entire experience was as contactless as possible. You can order your tickets from the kiosk when you enter downstairs, and then walk straight into your movie. Overall it was a really good experience here, and I would go back.

Super clean and comes with heated seat + foot rest! Chocolate churros are bomb here. Food is so amazing I didn’t expect it. Theater size is just about right, not too many seats for too many ppl. I’m in love with this location! Almost feel like I’m at a new hotel.

I haven’t even watched my movie yet, and oh man I must say this place has genuine class. Very spacious, very clean, very professional. I am impressed! The drinks are as expected very expensive- LOL- the tickets on Sunday are $21, sandwich is $14, nachos $14. All of this is expected at a place like this. But- the experience is fantastic.

You can walk in and buy at the lobby at self-service kiosks
If the movie supports closed caption, then you can get a device from the customer service that you need to install on the front of your seat to see subtitles See here: https://www.amctheatres.com/assistive-moviegoing
It is a 1.90:1 screen
As of Oct 2021, they are now serving food to your seat again! :-)
It opened October 30, 2020
You can buy it on AMC App or in theater, they have machines which can scan your card or phone for the best price.
It depends on the movie showtime. To cut budget and save money, they only operate afternoon to nighttime. For example, if a movie starts at 3pm, then they will open around 2:30pm.
Before 4 PM, there is a 30 percent off - availed it on a Saturday, not sure whether it is available on all days of week
