We got shakes and blizzards which overall are great. I had the smores shake which had a lot of pieces that were too big to fit through the straw. So a lot of chocolate remained at the bottom of the cup. The main issue was ordering, we had to repeat several times & the person taking the order sounded like they were whispering. Which could be the speaker itself (not the person).

Customer service is good burgers always warm and fresh. One of the best Dairy Queens to stop at on the road!

Questions & Answers

Please instruct your employees on how to make a malt!!! I just came thru the drive thru and what I received was nowhere close to a malt, no malted taste and a malt should not flow thru a straw like soda!! So dissatisfied

You need to contact them, you posted on the q and a side, for other consumers. Not your fault, it happens frequently, as it is not clear instructions. In my experience DQ does pretty good soft serve ice cream, but have been disappointed otherwise. Usually the staff is young and inexperienced.
