Absolutely the worst bank I've ever seen. Been with usbank for almost 30 years, 15 with this branch and it keeps getting worse. Honestly shakes my trust in usbank. If it where possible to give it zero stars I would, I keep holding put someone higher up in the company will come in and fix this mess.

This is the worst usbank I have ever dealt with! They are slow, rude, and have a tendency to mess up deposits or simple things like cashing a check. Bowling Green, Mo branch has the worst customer service of any bank I have ever visited. They have not opened the lobby since Covid and only open one lane for drive thru customers. You can't go into the lobby. Theres is only one drive up window and the last two times I used the drive up I sat there for over 20 minutes both time. I'll to another bank .
