I’d give negative stars if I could. Went to urgent care Thursday morning for covid symptoms and asthma. Called at 5pm to ask about my prescription and was told the doctor hasn’t called in prescription yet. Woke up this morning wheezing with a tight chest and no notifications from the pharmacy. Called and I was told that the doctor forgot to call in the prescription for my asthma meds But that the nurse I talk to you would call it in right then. Waited another few hours still no notification so I called again and was told that the nurse just tried to call it in but the pharmacy was at lunch and that they would call back after lunch and then they would call me right after that. Waited another couple of hours still no notifications so I called back and was told first that the doctor wouldn’t be back until Tuesday (mind you it’s now Friday) and I clarified that I had spoke to the nurse before and she was supposed to call it in. Finally got my prescriptions called in and the one prescription (asthma meds) I really needed was not part of it. Unbelievable! I’m not sure how they are still open at this rate.

The worst staff and service you can never get better there they could watch you die and still charge you they don’t even have time to tell you your own diagnosis!! I wonder how on earth they are still not shut down they are nasty 🤮

This place deserves no stars! The staff is extremely rude the girls have an attitude and never do their job they are very lazy the doctors tell me one thing and they make up their own rules they don’t deserve to work here they just do whatever they want very frustrating! Seems like they went from bad management to horrible!

Came in on a Sunday afternoon there was no wait time. Lobby is clean and well kept. Receptionist Cindy is the sweetest person ever really nice and caring. The nurse Chris helped us right away was very friendly and helpful. Dr Shannon was helpful too. Came in another day with my 1 year old they were very helpful Dr Peters is awesome! Love the staff and love the service. Highly recommend this Urgent Care they are open 7 days a week until late.
