I've gotten treated like a lesser person sooo many times at the Mason store that I drive past it, deal with Olive, and go to the Dierbergs heritage store and always get treated properly

The store is generally OK in terms of cleanliness and availability of products. I will amend this review to 4 stars when you learn how to manage your workforce like a real adult management group. "Proper management" doesn't mean forcing your checkout staff to beg customers for 10/10 surveys and make idiotic forced small talk such as repeatedly asking "have you had this" and "is this good"? I don't go to Trader Joes for this reason. It smacks of misguided corporate smarm. Now I'll be avoiding Schnucks. As long as I won't be returning any time soon, maybe you could add a dozen steps to the CC reader process and waste more of the customer's time with things like point of sale charity round-ups , that is if you really want to worsen the experience. Have you considered revenue grabs such as allowing third party vendors to roam the aisles? People love being accosted by DirecTV shills. I'm just trying to help.

I have used Instacart for the past two years to get my groceries delivered from this store. I use Schnucks because they are typically reliable for selling quality items. The past two weeks this has not been the case. Both weeks I received items that were past the expiration date. One was two months past the date and my current purchase was 3 weeks. Please check your groceries for expiration dates, the store is obviously slipping in hiring those with a good work ethic.

Schnucks is remodeling all their stores. I just discovered today that they don’t intend to replace the flooring they pulled up. They’re going to leave the concrete floors as they are. The floors are covered in pock marks from where the old display cases were located. And they’re leaving it like that. Anyone who charges $7lb for ground beef ought to be able to give their customers a decent floor to walk on. Sad sad.
