They had one person working the entire store! He made my stuff, food was good, but wait time was crazy. And their website didn't reflect the items they were out of, so I didn't get an item. He did offer some replacements, though. He tried to make it right. They are wrong for doing him like that though!

Manager is pretty rude not only to his customers but his staff as well. As younger kids they do not deserve that. I was in June 25 at 9:15 if you can let the manager that was on the clock then know that me and all the other customers in the store were very unsatisfied and upset at his behavior

I placed a carry out order and caught an uber when it stated that my order was ready but when i got there the lady lied and said she was the only worker and my order hadn't been started. So i had to catch another uber 45 more minutes after my order stated it was ready.

I am waiting for a General Manager or Owner's phone number. I work two minutes from this location and they are the ones who are my default delivery store. Friday I ordered a Chicken Carbonara without mushrooms (I'm allergic) and an Italian Sausage pasta and there were mushrooms in the Carbonara. The manager, Brenda, who reached out was terrible wanting to credit me $7 for a tin that costs $7.04 ignoring the delivery fees; petty, so I was going to let it go. I ordered again today, only the Italian Sausage pasta. I waited an hour for food from the establishment, they texted me telling me they were in my neighborhood (mind you I can see their store from my location) and it took ANOTHER 30 minutes to get to me with my food. When I FINALLY got my food this is what was brought to me. I am livid.
