This is the most rudest IMO’s ever. I called to place an order for delivery and was told that my order would be ready in an hour. I waited and hour and 10 minutes before I called the store, asking about my order. The lady that answered the phone had an attitude off the bat when I called. She stated that they only had two delivery drivers (which is something that should have been told before placing an order). Two she kept screaming and repeating herself over and over. Telling me that I am the fourth person on the delivery list like I work for imos. I asked a simple question would my money be refunded if they don’t make it here before the close. She yells in the phone I can refund your money now. That’s not something you say the a customer when they are asking a simple question about their food ( this is $65 order we talking about). I surely will be calling in on her tomorrow morning.

The worst ever , overcharged for 1 pizza and an order of wings , drink not received . Staff was rude including managers and was hung on and put on hold for several minutes at least 5 times then was refused corporate information. Worst experience ever

I ordered 2 large hamburger pizzas, nothing major, pretty basic. They were burnt, the edges were like hard cardboard, more burned up than the middle. Imos cost too much for them to burn orders. Close to $40 and both pizzas were burnt up! The thin crust was hard and falling apart all over when I bit into it, like it was stale. The pizzas wete dark, the cheese color was brown from being burned.I attempted to at least eat the middle and it was barely chewable. That was the nastiest imos pizza I have ever tasted!! The remainder was thrown away cause if course it couldn't be reheated if it was already burnt! Next order I will rake the drive further out to a diff imos and hope for better results with my pizzas.

This is one of those situations you gotta ask yourself if you feel "lucky" or not. I ordered online 3 times, first time was a pickup, went OK. Second time was a delivery, pizza was warm by time I got it. Third time...third time's the charm, right? Third time I called back because time had passed for my pizza to be delivered, the "Track Your Order" counter said my stuff was still in prep. So I call, guy says my pizza done, waiting on driver, 20-25 min. 20 min later, a woman calls, says "This Imo's, do you still want your pizza?" "I paid for it" was my response. At this point, she telling me it will be another 20 min. So I say I want my money back, I hear her say "Don't make it"...my food ain't even made, prepped, nothing!

I picked food up about a couple weeks ago, and they were slow but they did have masks on.
