I’m reporting this location. They took over 2 hours to deliver my pizza, dropped it off at the wrong location, and had my address and my number on the receipt so now a stranger has my number and knows where I live.

Very Disappointing and Unacceptable Service! I placed my order online and was told it be here in 38 minutes. The order finally arrived 1 hour and 7 minutes and was damn near cold. I called the store 5x to speak to the manager: I was hung up on 4 or the 5x. The 5th call, a foreigner answered and acted like he didn't know how to transfer the call and refused to have a manager come to the phone. I never could get thru to anyone.This is complete horrible service!

I ordered a pizza and soda and I’ll give it to them it only took an hour for them to deliver JUST the pizza. They said they didn’t have Mountain Dew and that’s why she didn’t bring it. It’s common sense to CALL THE CUSTOMER AND ASK WHAT OTHER TYPE OF SODA WOULD THEY LIKE INSTEAD OF NOT BRINGING ANYTHING!!! She said next time I place an order I can get a “free” soda. Well it’s not free if I already paid for it. I won’t be ordering from here again anyways I have never had a good experience with this location. The pizza isn’t even good and it’s cold. A waist of $30.

i ordered 2 pizzas for delivery at 9:00 pm and it was set to be delivered between 38-48 minutes. I called back at 10 pm to get put on hold for 5 minutes, and the employee tells me that he's the only worker. The pizza didn't come until 10:45 from a doordash driver, and it was cold. None of the pizzas was cut, one didn't have the correct toppings, and look at the pepper ..
