Other than the prices I have no issues. I am lactose intolerant and imo's doesn't give me a stomach ache so I would say they have the best ingredients.

I have previously had pretty good results with this location. It is close to my house and I thought it would be a good fit for my bud schedule tonight. I ordered the pizza by phone, came to pickup after the advised pickup time, was allowed to pay and tip (quite well), only to find out they never made my pizza. How hard is this? Come on IMO’s!!!

Not sure if the do shipping. I don't believe they do. They do make them for travel however. Call in advance and they will be made and frozen. Hope that helps.

They don't put all your topping you pay for on either.
