Staff not friendly. No greetings and no reply to communication with them. Feminine care poorly stocked - very few items on the shelf. Member rewards/coupon machine down/ out of service. No cashiers available. Didn’t see any staff until the self check out machine malfunctioned over dispensing 1 penny for change. The girl came over and didn’t say a word. I said, “hello how are you, I think the machine might not have a penny for change and that’s fine, no worries. I just wanted to make sure we were good to go.” She said not a single word to me while she was scanning and punching in codes. I said, “well… have a good night”. And she mumbled something that could’ve been “you too.” But I’m not sure. I absolutely will not be back.

The rep. Amelya was face timing on her cell phone. Not once did she even speak to me just started ringing my purchase and never said thank you. I'm a manager at a Fortune 50 company and customer service is what we're based on. This is a coaching opportunity. Cell phones should be prohibited unless they're being used to assist the customer.

Although this pharmacy does get very busy through out various times of the day, I always receive good service. Many times a good attitude given leads to a good attitude "received". Amber does an outstanding job and I am appreciative of the excellent service that I receive.

Customer Service is very unprofessional at the pharmacy. Team members here were arguing with each other in front of customers to where one said to the other " you dont tell me what to do, I'm in charge, and if you do it again, im going to …
