Service is horrible in general, they never answer. Takes hours for them to pick up. Yes maybe they’re busy but they should atleast call back when they can.

La Salle is GREAT! Only reason I gave 4 ⭐'s is because it takes too long to get someone on the phone for an appointment. 20, 30, 40 minutes. Perhaps it's because they're short handed...??. It never took this long before. Maybe 10 or 15 minutes. Not sure what's going on but I will still recommend this medical office. This is the office on Main St and Second St. In Hesperia. They have been my kids medical doctors for many years and now my newborn grandbaby is a patient here. The PA's and NP's are great. They have always taken good care of my children. They take their time.... Never rush. I have NEVER waited long. They run their schedule very well. They have accommodated my kids for emergency visits as well. Thank you to all the staff. Hopefully they will do something about taking phone calls. They have to realize that parents work and the only time we have to call is during lunch breaks and we can't spend the entire time on hold. I left a message before for a call back to reschedule an appointment and no one called back please please please work on this. Other than this, you guys are amazing.

Called and waiting 45 minutes to schedule an appointment and the women that answered the phone told me to hold then hung the phone up so now I am waiting on hold again and it’s been another 45 minutes. I am very disappointed with the unprofessionalism and lack of training of their staff. The staff is very RUDE AND HAVE HORRENDOUS ATTITUDES! This is not this first time, this has happened every time I try to schedule an appointment. It SHOULD NOT TAKE 3 HOURS TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT. This will be my last time scheduling here, they DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS.

We went to La Salle for our Covid vaccine. I am a person that often observes substandard processes. However, I can say with 1000% certainty, that I've never seen such an efficient and well organized clinic including courteous staff. Proper guidelines were followed from beginning to end, and we were out in under 25 minutes. Very impressed especially when we hear how other seniors have had to wait in line for lengthy periods.
