First time coming to this facility. When I walked in a gentleman in the front desk was very rude in greeting all patients. Almost discouraging patients to walk away when in the fist place I came here because I needed medical attention. His first word out his mouth is “ the wait time is 1:45min and I’m not sure if want to wait here” then in very rude tone “if you stepped outside for a minute we will drop you from the waiting list”. Very unprofessional and I’m sure not the image PIH supports. I don’t recommend this place. I ended up going to the Norwalk urgent care where they treated me much nicer and to be seen as soon as possible and very professional.

I paid $125 cash for a Covid-19 test. Now I’m receiving an additional bill for $220. Be careful with there overcharged. Better yet I don’t recommend this place. Find an honest place.

I visited their office last year 2020, during the inception of COVID 19. I was very sick and complaint about flu like symptoms. The desk administration advise me that my insurance did not cover their facility and that I could get a 1 day referral to allow me to visit that one day. Following approval and a $20 copay I was able to be seen. After visiting the office, the wait was extremely long and the doctor tested me for the virus. It was confirmed I had the flu but not COVID-19. Fast forward to 2021, I received a credit alert from PIH, stating that I had a negative report. I was never notified of this report and additionally remember I received a day pass. So I disputed the issue twice and PIH reported that the information was accurate. So I contacted my insurance who told me PIH billed me incorrectly, they billed me for an office visit and not an urgent care facility when I was told it was urgent care and clearly they the name says it as well, they even charge me a $20.00 copayment. Subsequently, I spoke with Johnathan A from billing who told me they are Urgent care only in name only and they are unable to change the status of my visit from office to urgent because of tax purposes. I'm extremely upset about this purgatory medical practices here and I will be speaking to a lawyer regarding the emotional turmoil.

My first visit was good, but my second visit was horrible, still woke up with a high fever and told the doctor but she just told me that i looked fine and was able to go home? like did you not listen to me when i said i had a high fever when i woke up? didn’t seem like they wanted me in there. Doubt i’ll be back here
