I am the legislative liaison for the California Association Of Licensed Repossessors. I am a subject matter expert with regards to retrieving vehicles from tow yards and body shops Over the last 12 years I have drafted and the governors have signed into law numerous legislative bills pertaining to tow yard. TITAN TOW: The good: They charged me the legal amount for the vehicle I picked up. The not so good: They did not provide an itemized invoice of actual charges before I paid for the vehicle. That is a violation of 22651.07(3) (b) of the California vehicle code You pay for your car at a window outside of the building. The towing and storage rates are displayed on a TV monitor inside of the office. It is very hard to see what their posted rates are. They should have their towing and storage rates posted on the outside of the building in a conspicuous place, where consumers can see them. So, consumers will know if they're paying the legal / advertise amount of money for their vehicle! Respectfully submitted

Towed my car from a quiet residential street where it was parked in front of my own home! Claims to be open 24/7. LIARS. When I arrived, their real hours were posted outside and they are closed all of Saturday and all of Sunday. So they illegally tow cars and they’re closed so you can’t even get your car back. Disgusting.

I dont have the drivers name but call center or i believe dispatch weren't disrespectful driver was a real freind helped me out with my car that was tampered with at Maacos auto and paint this driver was hard working and dedicated prices arent that bad neither!
