The employee's at gamestop are cool and are obviously at the mercy of their company. But it's very annoying how no matter what condition your trade ins are in, you will absolutely always be charged a refurbish fee. It will never fail, there will be one. You will never get the full trade in value they'll claim to give you to get you to bring in your stuff. Idk if they still give you prices for games over their site but even when they did they didn't honor the price you were given. There was always something wrong where they couldnt do it. Gamestop is what it is and I honestly only go there when I have to.
