Terrible experience! From the very beginning. After I was approved for the apartment via any email, I had to call them to receive instructions on the next step. I wasn't allowed to see the apartment until move in day which is a red flag. Move in day was yesterday and the apartment i was shown was significantly worn out. It was unlike anything I've ever seen before. First the hallway to the buildings smelled disgusting, like puck mixed with alcohol. Then the front door of the apartment looked like it was beaten by a bat, literary, that's what the marks look like. We walked into the apartment to discover that only the carpet was "cleaned". It was still wet. The tub was heavy stained, there were holes in different places in the apartment. They did zero renovation to the apartment. Before I applied for the apartment I was showen a beautiful spotless version of it, to which I was told was being rented out. Thinking back on it I believe I was shown a model version because if you compare what I was shown to the apartment they tried to rent to me, the difference is sooo clear. Beacon mantains the out side of their community very well but don't be fooled, the inside looks terrible. Now I have to put my furniture and belongings in a storage unit , and live in a hotel due to their incredible laziness. I should honestly sew for this. Don't rent with these people.

Currently looking for ways to get a release from this place. It’s really dirty, staff are dishonest or don’t have proper training. The outside looks nice from the outside but the bugs in my place and the dirty vents/ oil covered stoves are another story. I just moved in 3 days ago.

This price is okay compared to other apartment complexes. Maintenance takes forever to do anything, or just doesn’t show up. Sometimes they will mark something as done and not do it. They also don’t communicate effectively to the tenant. We’ve had multiple problems with roaches even after an exterminator has come multiple times. The closet floods twice a year from the radiator. Maintenance always says nothing is wrong and they don’t know why it floods. I had to wash every item of clothing on that side of the closet from the flood. A washer has been out of service for months in the laundry room and multiple residents have called it in. The laundry room floods. I’ve also been hung up on by a woman from the office. Overall I’m not impressed and we’re going to move as soon as we’re able.

If you need stable Internet (which I feel like everyone does nowadays) then stay away! I have no idea why I got roped into another lease with them as they do not care about the customers in this manner. I have been on the phone with IT (CCI is the service provider) for more than 3 days total since I have been here... Yes more than 72 hours of my life has been wasted on the phone with the ISP because the Internet is either down, or the Internet simply doesn't work. I have called the leasing office multiple times with assurances they are working to fix the problem, but something always comes up again and the Internet goes down for 12 more hours. They say I can email to get my money back, which I did get compensation back for 1 month, but 1 month is not worth the headache of 3 days of being on the phone with CCI. Very unhappy customer here. They are usually quick on emergency maintenance issues, but I have had a ticket in for a leaky faucet since early February... It is now August. If you like a cheap place to rent, you'll receive cheap service I guess. Update: The Internet has gotten a little better, but there is still intermittent lag which makes gaming difficult here... Every 20-30 minutes there's a lag spike and usually disconnect from a game. The faucet is still not fixed and the ticket has been in for a year :/

Hi Lisa ! Public transportation is about 1/4 mile down on Alpine rd.
We have availability. Check on our website at https://www.beaconhilllife.com/floorplans.aspx or give us a call.
From my experience, the complex itself is very well taken care of. There is always someone around in the office or on the maintenance crew if you have any questions or need help with anything. I have lived here for a couple months now and I will say that for an apartment complex, it's very quiet, peaceful and private. Like anywhere else, there's always gonna be a few sketchy people here and there but overall I would say it's a very safe community. The office also hosts different events throughout the year so you get plenty of opportunities to meet your neighbors and other people that live in the complex. There is also an outdoor pool, picnic area and volleyball court for the summertime months. The location is within 10 minutes of shopping, dining and schools. Close to major roads and highways, just beyond a scenic residential area.
