Their food is great. The customer service is pretty good. But for the love of GOD, please has your cooking staff read tickets more carefully!!! Literally, the last 4 times we've been there, they are missing something, 2 of them being bacon on the burgers. And I'm sorry, a coupon for a free sandwich doesn't make up for that. It just gets old and frustrating. The fact that I have to call EVERY time I get home, after pulling out all the food that has been shoved into 2 bags, just to see they again,missed something. It's not rocket science. I have worked in quite a few different restaurants being a cook and reading a ticket is essential to preparing an order. And I always spend close to $100 on a family of 5.

This is definitely the poorest managed culvers I have ever been too. They are very slow and seem unorganized. This is based on a dozen of trips, so I'm pretty sure I gave them enough chances to change my mind.

I'm sorry to agree with the above review. The woman at the drive thru is really very rude. The ice cream is good, but we have been treated rudely by this particular older woman on several occasions. Also, we were harassed about our coupon, which is strange since it was not expired. Too bad!

Several people who ordered well after us got there food before us, my sides were cold, and my fish was just warm. Bathrooms were disgusting, and trash was overflowing in the lobby area
