Our server Lexi was great! She had drinks refilled right away, which as someone who drinks very fast... I've gone 15 minutes at other restaurants without a drink before the server checks on us. The food was delivered pretty quick, high quality, and better priced than a few other restaurants in the area. We'll be back for sure.

We normally order for delivery. But it was Genoa Days so we stop in! We had the GM wait on us and he did an awesome job. Funny and friendly that's what it take to bring people back. All food was good and got our meals in a timely manner! We will go back. Thank You!

Food is decent. Staff was friendly. My order came quickly. You can’t go wrong with a salad. Boyfriend’s order however… Service was extremely slow. We have been sitting in the restaurant for an hour now. 2 girls behind the bar, 2 guys handling the phone and cash register. Possibly 2 in the kitchen. 3 people came in 30/40 min after us and they received their meal before us. Pollo Parmesan (chicken) apparently takes 1 hour to cook. It was ok. I like coming here for the salad. But the service has always been very very slow. One of the girls came by to apologize for a mix up. Stating the noodles are homemade and it’s a new Italian menu. Being the reason the food was taking so long. Order to go!! They seem to cater to ‘to go’ orders much better.

I was drawn to order an 18" double crust pepperoni from their fb page which offered 20% off today 2/7/2022. Little did I know that 20% or more of the pizza would be inedible. As you can see from the photo, 2 of the 8 pieces were burnt pretty badly. The 2 pieces (1 on either side) next to those were slightly toast. The remaining 4 slices were just fine/as expected. I believe this is a one-off and have never had a pizza delivered in this condition before from Smoking Grill & Pizzeria in Genoa, Illinois. Admittedly, my family orders around 10 X a year from here (not a lot, but enough to have a good sample size).
