I've tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt. Been there several time and each time the experience is Horrible. There are a set of twins who work there and are so darn rude and their unwillingness to help is terrible. The assumption that you speak Spanish is terrible. It's terribly rude for the employees to talk over you to one another in Spanish is disrespectful. I'm now reading reviews and notice that people have had the same experiences with rudeness.

Hector was very kind and willing to help, even though he was extremely busy me and my boyfriend noticed he helped every one in the store, including us he helped me find all macaroons items I needed. And he was extremely knowledgeable in everything in his store. In my opinion he was the one that showed a good positive energy, I won't mentions the other workers because if I have nothing nice to say don't say it.
