The doctor at this clinic is a great doctor. However, the nursing staff at this clinic can and should be more professional when attending to patients, especially at the front/check-in desk. Majority of them are student nurses (which I get there’s a learning curve for them) but the tenured nurses should be setting the example for the student nurses on professional behavior in the workplace.
