My wife and I bought a Class A RV here in late 2021. It took 5 weeks to get it ready, and very poor communication. Fast forward to May and out coach is dead (no batteries work, even the engine battery is dead). I jump the RV with my car and bring it in to a local RV service center (I'm 100 miles from La Mesa RV). When they tell me what's wrong they say they called the warranty people and there is no record of our warranty. After 8 phone calls and several hours they say to call La Mesa and inquiry why they failed to process the warranty information so it's valid. I'm currently waiting for an answer but we have a trip planned so I had to go pick up the RV and pay for the repairs out of pocket. When I get there they mention the engine battery was a marine deep cycle battery (which kept going dead even though we used the RV every 3 weeks), rather than a lead-acid battery (that you'd find in a car/truck/semi). The service people said they'd never seen a deep cycle battery used as an engine battery and it was 100% the wrong thing to turn over the engine. So I had to buy a new lead-acid battery at Costco. When I called La Mesa on this issue they said "you bought a used coach as is, it's your fault for not checking that". Lessons learned...but I'm done with La Mesa other than if I find anything else wrong with the coach. Personally their customer service is terrible and their administration (keeping track of things, calling folks back, etc.) is really bad.

After many months of searching online for the right RV and several trips to La Mesa RV I finally found it. The salesman, Ken, lead me right to the Roadtrek I asked about, was very knowledgeable and made the buying process easy, answered all my questions and helped me secure a good deal on a trade. Every aspect of the process was handled with professionalism and I could not be happier. The final walk through when picking up my new RV was fun and informative. The woman, Tani, who, showed me all the functions and features of my new RV was delightful, answered all my questions and made sure everything was ready and working properly. I highly recommend La Mesa RV to anyone looking to buy or trade an RV.

I am a yothful 50 year old. Nevertheless today I purchased my first brand new vehicle. An amazing Winnebago Solis pocket. The smallest RV on the market. Basically the same as the camper vans I’ve had consistently since I was 17 Needless to say the overall experience was important to me. I know that many people have trouble with dealerships and have had bad experiences buying cars. My experience was great’ From the moment I arrived sales representative David make me feel at ease and shared anecdotes about his life as it relates to RVs. The sales team is supposed to be the hook and his is warm and authentic! I really appreciated that. Continuing along the process I worked with both Tani in delivery and Ryan in financing. Tani was immediately filled with incredible authentic energy, exactly what a new buyer needs at that stage of the process; getting to know their RV with a skilled expert. That’s how it was for me. At the last stage of the process I worked with Ryan who was among the most honest and straightforward persons I’ve worked with in this situation, car buying or otherwise. He helped me understand the process and guided me to some awesome resolutions. All in all my experience is that La Mesa RV over on convoy area is a great team of professionals, caring individuals.

Ken Aitchison, La Mesa RV Sales, stuffed our little Solis 59P beauty down our throats in a matter of minutes! We took the ether and have never regretted it! He kept it simple and to the point which we greatly appreciated and was always available during our waiting period. No regrets! Our inservice with Jason was nice and complete and we are now very happy campers! I'm very impressed with our La Mesa RV experience. .

They make stuff for mini trucks don’t listen to these people
We adhere to the CDC guidelines.
Yes, depends on what kind though and condition. But doesn't hurt to call them. You might be able to stroke a deal.
I recommend asking to professionals at La Mesa RV.
Depends on how long your trip will be in the US. If you buy you will have sales taxes and insurance to cover. These are not not inconsequential. A rental may seem expensive but the total cost and risk is reduced especially if this is a over time thing. There are many different retail options. There are not just companies but owners motorhome rent when they are not in use.
Costco had the best prove by far if you want 20lb tanks. They are also cheapest on the 30lb. But they are only in select stores.
I would suggest calling the location. We are volunteers and do not have access to the location's stock.
