I was in desperate need of getting my tire patched up, I was on a tight schedule and had already driven to 3 other tire shops telling me it would be more than 2 hour wait. I walked in here and Danny helped me, he was amazing! I let him know I was in a hurry and hopefully they could help. Well he made it happen, he was super friendly and pulled my car right in to get it done. I was in and out in less than an hour. I’m so glad I came here and extremely thankful that Danny was there to help me!! I will definitely be back with my other cars. Thank you Danny for making it fast and easy for me.

Picked up a nail in the worst place possible on my brand new Ram 2500 with 1000 miles on it. Big Brand was the only store around that had the same tire IN STOCK. Took me right in, replaced it and I was on my way. Great service!!

It's been a long time since I've experienced real customer service. They were curious, professional and personable. I went in to have air put in one tire. Before I left all four tires were checked and discovered I had a nail in my tire. I was told it would be about an hour and a half before they could get to me. I was out in less than half an hour. Most pleasant experience I've had in a long time.

I purchased my tires from online tirebuyer.com and i chose this location to get them delivered and installed here. Finally all 4 tires got delivered and took my truck in to get them installed, dropped off the truck and picked after they called and said it was ready. I was in a hurry to pick up my kids at school so i didn't inspect the rims but after a few days I went to lower air pressure on tires because it felt the truck was floating tires had 75psi while doing so I saw the rims had huge gauges and scratches from the removal/installation of the tires I was very disappointed. Please keep in mind my rims are not the cleanest and nicest but these gauges just makes them look really bad. Word of advice if you have nice rims please think twice before brining your car truck here.
