Called when they opened and they very graciously took care of my husky last minute, her groom was done beautifully!! Everyone was so polite and kind to my precious baby. They kept me updated, told me she was gonna be done at 1 and finished about 15 mins before that. Will be booking here again

I’m guessing some of the older, more negative reviews must be from when it was under the old management. New management and service is good and priced well. My 38 lb Poodle terrier mix was kicked out of Petco, they said he was aggressive. When I realized bow wow bath house was under new management I figured I’d give them a try. Glad I did, Monica the manager is the one of the groomers here who always takes care of my dog Jax. She is amazing at what she does. She did exactly what we asked. No cuts or bleeding, no knicks on skin. I noticed he seemed a lot more calm at pick up time than when he was when at Petco. Russ is so friendly and kind, he is the man who sits at the front desk and greets/checks you in, he gave me suggestions on how to stop my dog from leash pulling which saved me hundreds maybe even thousands in obedience training. He was an extreme leash puller. I noticed Jaxson was no longer lunging at others dogs. He was so well behaved. They told me he’s a very sweet dog, not aggressive at all, they did say he gets nervous in small spaces. they knew all the right things to do to make him feel at home. They also have large kennels not jus tiny crates, so that helps as well. When I came for pick up Jax he was following Russ around closely and looked very happy. Almost like he didn’t want to leave. Unlike Petco pick up where is was always breaking his neck to get free. I also noticed that he’s truly a deep clean now and smelling fresh. Stays that way for weeks. Unlike Petco, where I could still smell some odor but it was masked with fragrance. Can’t wait to try the fur dying service that they have. When my dog was done they called me in a timely manner. Even though they didn’t take long to finish him they had no problem when I asked if he could stay a little longer since I was running an errand. I am more than happy with the service here. Seeing the calm demeanor my dog had at pick up, while he wagged his tail in happiness, bonded with staff, receiving genuine, experienced, professional and friendly service as they went above and beyond to give me training suggestions…PRICELESS! i take my 3 pomeranian dogs here, have been for a while, they always do a good job, and prices are reasonable, anywhere else they charge you way more. they do keep ur dogs for a while which is expected they are very busy making an appt helps.
