DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. We bought a Coleman spa for our friend's birthday. We set it up while he was away at dinner, so he could come home to a new hot tub. One problem: the spa DID NOT WORK! We got excuses, delays and the run-around for almost a month before they finally took responsibility and fixed it. Why didn't they even offer us a discount for delivering a broken spa?!

Katrina, You did not get ripped off. You have a nice refurbished spa. Repairs made in April on pump per my notes. New service ticket to replace valve top just made yesterday July 18. No lies, no fake warranty, you are being taken care of by service department. Everything is being taken care of. Thank you.
You just need an electrician to run the power. The spas are portable and have all the plumbing within them.
They do charge a fee for delivery, about 500 if i remember right.
