Their customer service was sweet and so caring. I went in today with my 1 year old, they acknowledged my baby and were patient as I ordered my food. I was able to pay with my ebt. Thank you very much.

Worst fast food restaurant ever. The Indian owner is so grumpy, rude and yelling at customer. Go other KFC location.

I waited in line for 20 minutes. I ordered two biscuits and they had no honey. When I got home 15 minutes later I opened a box with biscuits that were just as crunchy as the chicken might be. The biscuits tasted like they were definitely made a day or two before. Very dissatisfied with the quality of food this place is serving! The people working there were working hard it seemed as if they were understaffed 🤦🏾

Today, I went into this location to order food for myself. When I was leaving the location, there was a homeless lady pushing a cart who obviously was mentally ill handicap and homeless. I proceeded to watch her go into the restaurant under the assumption she was hungry. When she went to the counter the lady in the checkered shirt which was I’m assuming the manager was very judge mental towards her with her tone asking her what do you want? The lady was having a hard time explaining what she was wanting so I asked her what she wanted and let her know that I was going to pay for it. The lady stated what she wanted and the manager said is this together or separate? I made it clear that I would be paying for the ladies food. Once we ordered her food I asked the lady if she would be interested in sitting down eating her food? A manager said no she can’t eat in here because people will smell her and lose their appetite. I stopped and was wondering did I hear what I thought I heard? I began to ask her again why the lady was not allowed to sit in the restaurant and eat her food it was obvious she was hungry and weak. The manager proceeded to say because she smells and people will lose their appetite so she can eat outside. I began to get really upset and the lady who was homeless said that’s OK ma’am I’ll eat outside. I let the manager know her behavior was unthoughtful rude and unprofessional. And not only that , that was a form of discrimination that could get her Franchise in trouble. I also let her know why was she casting judgment on the lady that’s homeless when there’s other people sitting in the restaurant eating their food? I let her know I would be reporting this incident and she said I don’t care go ahead. I strongly encourage people to not patronize this location. I let the lady know you should not treat people this way because it could be any of us. How would you like it if someone was to treat you that way if you were in the circumstances or someone you loved like this? I left that restaurant heart completely broken to see this lady leave with her food but could barely walk. I will never eat at another KFC! She was a poor representation of KFC. And I plan on calling and reporting this to the Franchise.
