My ghost isn’t the typical lady in white... She wears grey Khakis pants with a blue sweater with salt n pepper hair with black eye sockets with a pale white face. She seemed nice at 1st unless something else has come in now?

Ghost are not always the typical lady in white type. Your details are certainly better than most. People with abilities are really the only ones that usually see such details. For some ghosts, especially those that have lived at the location or are attached to a family, if some sort of change takes place then they tend to become more active (examples- remodeling, change of persons in the location, new objects brought in).
