The New Manager is the nicest person, it's a great place to live with warm friendly, quiet neighbors, I'm glad I moved here, I know it used to have a bad rap but really it's turned around, we're happy to call it home. This was a good place to live, no noticeable improvements have been made and they have jacked up the lot rental $50/mo. last year and now this year another $120/mo even Portland lot rents are cheaper, run run as fast as you can.

They're cutting down all the trees around us. The water is not drinkable. And there is no laundry facility. Many of us need a laundry facility in the park.

Hot garbage!!!!! Needs better waste management. Managers are good people with there plates full. Kid friendly. There is a saying that goes " Help us,Help you!" Great place just needs more for the community. 🖒

As being the manager of this park for a little over a year now, John (our awesome maintenance man) and I have been working hard on cleaning this place up and bringing in families.
