I really want to like this place, the staff are friendly. However, they never update the app... Two days the decaf machine was 'broken', but I had already ordered on the app. They wouldn't do a pour over. Now I'm writing this as I'm waiting in the drive thru for a single Americano I pre-ordered on the app to pickup inside, but the lobby is closed... again. I mentioned that they really need to update their app as it seems inefficient to order ahead just to wait in line for 30 minutes to get lukewarm espresso; the response I got was 'see you at the window'. I'm not trying to be a complainer, it's just the whole point of ordering ahead is to expedite the process. I see what looks like 4 employees inside at 10:20 in the morning. You really can't just update the app, open the lobby, or at least bring my espresso out that sitting getting cold? There has to be a better way.

I drive across Colorado every couple months and look forward to having Starbucks as I am driving into Denver. My last two visits at this location were horrible! I order a latte with no foam because I like it as full as possible. I understand the 1/4 inch rule but the last couple lattes I ordered were ridiculously short on milk. The first time it happened, I was met with such attitude I left the store fuming. The second time I just paid for my latte and didn't say a word. Pickure below Luckliy, I found a Starbucks in Safeway and I never have to go back there again!

I only had a grande drip during a meeting of volunteers here, but it seemed like a nice Starbucks. The great review is because I left my lights on and the manager came out to jump my car for me. Much appreciated.
