My part was sent to the wrong address. Their customer support did not try one bit to help me out with this situation and blamed it on me instead! I was completely shocked at how unhelpful the company was. It’s a shame that a $15 shipping label was too big of an ask for a company. Do not recommend this company at all if you want to save the hassle of dealing with rude and unhelpful employees

Contacted them about my ECM for my 2009 Jeep Wrangler. Sent the part to them for a rebuild. They said it would be 2 weeks for the repair.. It was for my WORK RHD Jeep. The ONLY vehicle I have for my job. It took about a week and a half to get it back. Didn't expect the the warranty information to be contingent on me replacing alot of other things. BUT regardless I replaced all the things they wanted ALREADY. WASN'T going to do it again, beings that I did them BEFORE the ECM rebuild. CHEAPEST THINGS FIRST. BUT WITH ALL THAT SAID... IT WORKED! The ONLY reason for the 4 stars and NOT 5 is because the time it took, the customer service, and the warranty info AFTER the fact. I took my chances. STILL reasonably priced. I WILL USE THEM AGAIN AND REFER my postal compadres. THANK YOU!

I live in St Louis so I'd figure I'd cut a bit of time off driving it down there instead of shipping it. Checking it in with them and they're were telling me next Wednesday or there abouts but some guy came out of the shop and said he could probably get to it real quick if I wanted to wait. 15 minutes later I'm driving away with it fixed. I'm not saying you should expect that if you pull up but they fact the squeezed me in really quick was awesome. Threw it back in and no more harsh down shift in my 2006 Lexus GS 300. Apparently it also fixes the cel related to an o2 sensor that refuses to go away. Couldn't be happier I'll let anyone with a older Lexus or any ECU problems to check you guys out!

Sent my engine computer to this company for repair. This company sent my part to the wrong address. Once I notified them of there mistake, they told me that they would send UPS to retrieve it. A week later, I call to get a update. They told me they were still waiting to hear from UPS. I called UPS and gave them the original tracking number and information. They said that SIA never submitted an order for them to pickup the part. Bottom line, bad business!!! Don’t tell a custom your tracking down there package to send to the correct address and don’t do it!
