I was excited to visit this Goodwill. And until I was getting ready to checkout my experience was decent. There is a nice selection of items and the store is clean and organized. My problem came when I was about to checkout. As the young lady was ringing up my items “Blake” came out of nowhere without saying hello or anything. And said that one of the purses I was purchasing was going to be $10.49 and not the sticker price that it showed on the outside which was $1.49. Then he picked up the purse and opened it and saw the price inside said $7.49 and then asked if I was still going to purchase it. My issue is that if he knew prior to me even picking up the item that the sticker price was incorrect then it should have been changed long before I ever walked into the store. His tone and rudeness insinuated that I placed the sticker on the item which doesn’t even make sense because I was only in the store for 15 minutes. So either Blake needs more customer service training or merchandise training, because why would you knowingly leave an item marked incorrectly and then bombard a customer at checkout.

Beautiful giant mirror as soon as you walk in to the right. Nice selection of shoes and books. Their clothes were a bit pricey for it being Goodwill, only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars.
