Elisha and Heather always give a great and very reasonably priced haircut. All the other hairstylists do too. Additionally, I've never encountered a hair stylist at the Great Clips in Urbana who wasn't super friendly and accommodating. When it comes to getting my mane trimmed, going to Great Clips is a no brainer.

Very disappointed in the poor quality haircut I received yesterday. I wish I would have done my homework and saw these reviews before I went in. Hopefully this will save someone else's time and money. Karissa did a horrible job with a simple haircut of #2 on sides and trimming a couple inches off the top. She missed whole sections on the sides and got an attitude when I asked her to fix it. I will not be going back there.

The new scheduling app is a little bit difficult to understand, when the app tells you to "Let us know when you're here" you're supposed to actually call the store. There is no button on the app that "lets them know when you're here" and that is not explained well on the app. Their cleanliness and social distancing processes were very good. Professional and friendly staff too. :)

I checked in online, went over my lunch break midweek, and had no wait! Haircut looks good and was quick. Aisha did a great job and was very friendly. I had a coupon and received another coupon when paying. Really great deals and prices are fair even at full price. Would definitely consider returning to this location.
