Love the food. But did not enjoy the customer service I received that day. I had an order for pick up and I came in 5 mins after pick up time. I always stop when I leave from seeing my family back in Illinois before I go back to Georgia. And I stop twice a year at a minimum. When I went to ask for my order the person who was working there had an attitude when I asked for my food. Then I had to wait an additional 20 mins after so in total I had to wait an additional 25 minutes after scheduled pick up when I placed order an hour ahead. I have 4 young children so I choose to schedule to pick up my order because it makes it so much easier. And don't even bother complaining on the survey no one has yet to reach out to me regarding the bad survey score I gave. I will update score when problem is resolved.

Excellent service this evening dining in at Portillo’s! The Champaign location is my favorite location of all and continues to never fail me! The guy who took our order was extremely friendly, however he misunderstood our order. This was not an issue as the cooks were able to give us a slice of tomato that was missed with a smile! These people work hard and seem to be with it— they definitely deserve a celebration because this is the customer service all companies should strive for!! 💕✨✨

Usually I have no complaints because I think the food is good. However, I'd appreciate it if when I order something simple, the employee making the food isn't watching videos on his phone with a "manager" next to him. Of course my order was incorrect, so thanks!

one day I dropped one of my three orders and without hesitation one person got cleaned up the fries while another got me the order again. LOVE the Italian beef. every now and then, the food is nasty for some reason. but even with that 5 stars still. try this: Italian beef - however you like them cheeseburger- however you like them eat the 2 as 1 💥💥💥💥 and if you add fries 💣💣💣💣
