Every time I go I get over and above great customer service whether I visit the western location or Knoxville location. They get you in and out and are super friendly. I will not take my vehicles anywhere else to get serviced!!:)

Im sorry to hear that did you tell them who you were and what kinda car you had that you dropped off to them Im not sure who you talked to over the phone but i didnt have a bad experience with them when i brought my truck up there for an oil change they were professional and showed excellent customer service to me and i will be dealing with them again.
