I used to like going to take 5, but lately the service has been sorry. The staff is nice and respectful. However, all I needed was an oil change, nothing else, which cost me $82.00, confirmed that I didn't need or want a filter change, but they still took off panels and other components that have nothing to do with oil changes. Digging in compartments that I've never seen anyone look into for a simple oil or filter change. Did the oil change, and 30 seconds later my car AC started malfunctioning and air flow got really weak, as if the air passages were clogged. Could be the air filter that wasn't put back correctly. I haven't gotten a chance to investigate yet. The panels they took off weren't put back correctly either. Could be a coincidence, but everything was working fine before the oil change. I'm fortunately mechanically inclined, so I'll deal with it myself since I don't live in town and don't have the time to go back. I'd rather pay a little extra and go to an actual mechanic shop next time, where I won't have to do any rework. Yep, this was a bit of a rant but justified. I got a water bottle during my wait though, so there's a star for that.

They were pretty slow. put in the wrong oil didn't check my,tire pressure or my washer fluid .Plus they said they greased my universal joint it was dry and it went out 1000 miles later .Not very happy .

Tried to make me spend money i didn want to and didn put enough oil in my car almost blew my motor... this not fake 💯😤 never go there again smh
