Stopped by Allen Rd store drive thru & was given incorrect beverage. Explained to girl at window about drink & she wasn't very pleasant about it. She gave us correct drink & didn't acknowledge us or our thanks for correction & shut the window at us. Food was ok but not experience.

Place is a joke. Never have anything ready. Order one thing and have to substitute your entire order. Plus they have no problem with taking your money and giving you nothing like they did to myself and kids.

Waiting over 25 minutes to just be greeted then waited another 10 to place my order. Only had limited items. Lady seemed in a rude rush when she took my order.

Just read a couple of reviews, realized that abysmal service is this location's M.O. We love KFC original-recipe chicken. The chicken pieces have shrunk and price has skyrocketed in the past decade, but one needs original-recipe KFC on occasion! Now, the only sides that seem safe at this location are the coleslaw, and... until now: the gravy. I can't replicate the aforementioned 3 delicacies in my kitchen. It actually costs less to get the chicken WITH the sides, so I asked for the two edible sides... "no, we don't got no slaw" ... okay, so I asked for just two containers of gravy. So, this is just unbelievable!!... got home, opened the gravy containers... a liquid resembling coffee in color and consistency, but with the smell of the gravy!!!!!what am I supposed to do with this??? $24 for 8 tiny pieces of chicken (which WAS delicious) Apparently only Cracker Barrel has decent fried chicken - with yummy sides - these days!
