Called earlier and asked if they have leg Q available and they confirmed the availability I went to pick up in Like 15 mins the guy Gilbert in Meat department was rude and said we don't have any I came to front desk and asked them again and lady said they do have them available then she called Meat department and the same guy comes out and says we have them but it's in back told me to wait 20 mins so he can get them I waited 20 mins and no one came asked again for leg q. And she says they don't have any fresh but they Have frozen available I said I can take frozen lady told me to wait at the checkout and someone will bring out I waited for another 30 mins and still no one came with the leg q asked again at checkout and they called Meat department again and then s guy brings a box of leg q which was open and all freez burn Very disappointed with the customer service been going there for about 10 years but I guess this would be my last visit worst customer service ever

Sometimes shelf rotation gets behind, we rarely get help as staff is low but most individuals have been there long enough to give you some service with a smile. Meat department on point, Supervisors Pretty knowledgeable. This place is not like Costco or Sam's club. Required licence to shop
