Representatives sounds to be Mediterranean or Indian same as person hit me, but person hit me had better English. The conversation within seconds was traumatizing cause the consultation was going no where. Representatives need to explain why they asking same questions as questionnaire if called and emailed instantly. Representatives need better training. Traumatizing, sorry had to end the call. Representative began to sound shady and suspicious told him bye 👋 I have lawyers if this how process gone work.

Have a brief overview of the incident that happened to me last year by a physician at a very large hospital. I feel they did not want to spend the time , in fact she said about why she thought they could not help me, she said “she doesn’t have any documents and she expects us to do all the chasing around.
