Average store, employees weren't happy to help..... they will if you just stand there and stare at them, but don't give them an opportunity to run because they'll be gone. But overall not a bad experience just average.

ACE hardware is on the other side of DQ. This parking lot is already over crowded, so that's where they put the only door. Epic fail. Why didn't you save your money owner person. Maybe find a better location. Maybe play the employees better since all the reviews say the employees are rude. After ten years on & off visiting this location I can confirm most hate life & share it with all.

They're under construction, but it's still not bad finding what you need. Pretty easy to spot the employees among the construction guys, and the HF folks are always eager to help. Prices are great and quality has really went up in recent years. There's not too many things I'll shell out for name brand stuff and you can find most anything you need in HF these days. 12/10 would recommend.

Had to return an axe that the handle shattered, not a problem except they only had 2 on shelf and in whole store. The guy that helped us, also was cashier, was fantastic. SUPER helpful to everyone who came in
