I walked in, I’ve only used the selfservice terminal once, and it’s been a while since I sent anything. Didn’t realize that I needed to purchase tape for certain package sizes, I really appreciate the cardboard packages that have peal-off tape already on the box. I went over to the other section to talk to an employee. Jessica was amazing, she helped me very quickly, was able to answer my questions and even advised me on cheaper options. Best service I’ve had at a post office. I hope she is treated well. I was able to quickly have the packing slip created by her and she simplified any steps to take. She went through the process much quicker than I could’ve at the self-service terminal. I was back to work on time. :) when I have more time next visit I’ll attempt to learn the self service terminal.

I had a clerk name chet she was so rude from the very being she did not even look to see what time I had a appointment .got upset delt with another clerk number 9 and she was so sweet but I don’t think I would ever return to this location . Chet was yelling at me my 4 year old asked why she was yelling at me If you work with the pub you should atleast be a people person

Self-service kiosk drop box has been out of order for over 7 months. At one point it was a sign saying that parts had been ordered, but that sign was taken down months ago. We're the parts ordered? Did they ever arrive? It's kind of frustrating to not be able to use a self-service kiosk to do anything but letters. During this time of Coronavirus one wonders why USPS wouldn't prioritize fixing this contactless method of using and paying for USPS services.

99% of the time my experience there is very positive. There can be wait times if you're there at lunchtime, but the staff are always polite and as helpful as can be. It can be busy there, but I think it's because there's lots of available parking, and it's still close to downtown. Also, one can get passports there,which is very convenient.

Once you logged into Ebay you should see the tracking number for the item. Just need to click on it
When did your passport expire? If it has been less than 5 years you can submit all the paperwork yourself with the passport you can go online to travel.state.gov and get the form you need as well as at the Post Office
If you know the exact day and time of ur transaction. It is possible to get a copy of the receipt. Not all the clerks know how to do it. Chet, would know how to do that. And if u go in early they can take extra time to assist you. If u dont know the exact time and date then its almost impossible to find a previous transaction. Good luck!
