We have had mixed experiences with this branch. Kim was very helpful to us today in transferring our safe deposit box to our Living Trust, very simple and easy. However, Matt was rude and said we'd have to add our daughter to our bank accounts in order for her to have access to the assets. He did not seem to be interested in researching this for us to get us the right answer. Moreover, when we expressed dissatisfaction with his service, he said we'd have to call to make an appointment. We had tried 3 times to call and couldn't get through. Today it finally came together and went smoothly. Therefore, my recommendation is to keep trying until you get Kim to help you.

Matt was our banker, and I have to say, he was phenomenal! He helped us with all of our banking, and helped us save $35 by showing us a way to send money without wiring, and he helped me on a bank fee that I had. I was not really feeling good about banking with Chase up until now, but this was an amazing experience and really changed my mind. Thanks so much Matt, Chase is lucky to have you!
