Disgusting.... Three of us came in for lunch. We spent about $28. I asked for a Lg sweet tea. There wasn't any in the lobby. They used the headset and asked for a medium sweet tea. It was NOT SWEET TEA!!! Then I asked for no onions on my sandwich... There were onions all over it... I asked at the counter they made a new one but it took at 7 minutes or so. Everyone else was almost done eating... Plus, pretty much every table had food/trash on it. The floor too!! We asked to talk to the manager, the young lady went and let the manager know.... Instead, they just sent someone to clean up the tables. By the time we get done eating, the manager never show up to talk to us!!! The worst customer service ever!! And in Metamora IL, where most everyone holds everything to high quality...

This is a popular location. Almost every time I go here they forget something. When I go to get it fixed they take a long time. This location is in a very convenient spot.

I've gone to this location many times and they always get our order wrong. My husband went tonight to get our daughter dinner and they just stared at him for 5 minutes and didn't help him. He ended up going to Dairy Queen.
