Great small local family orchard. Pick your own kinda place.. Small orchard so get there early, especially since this year was a little tough on the crop. Support local and check them out, we'll be back for sure!

Review Date: October 8th, 2014 Partridge Point Orchard is on point! Talk about a hidden gem. While expanding my local travels, I stumbled upon Partridge Point Orchard… not in the traditional sense. I was browsing Google Maps for recreational areas to visit and came across this place. I asked a few friends who are from the area and they never even heard about it. So as I usually do, I scrounge up at least one friend and we head on our there. What a day it was. The weather was perfect. Not too hot, not too cold. A gentle breeze. Isolated from the majority of the populace. Parking is a bit limited, but this is a small, family run business, so it’s to be expected. We were greeted by a lovely lady who told us that we have free reign to walk around and we can pick all the apples we want. They had your standard varieties with one or two I never heard of before. The land that the Orchard is on is serene. There was a small pond we stopped at and just took nature in. My kind of peace. Any who, we ended up grabbing one apple a piece and when we went to pay, they said we could just keep them as it was just two and it was a drop in the bucket. I still paid them a $1 for them (I think their rates were $0.54 a piece) as a compromise. Overall, a really great place if you want to visit an actual orchard versus a tourist-y one such as Tanners Orchard. Well deserving of a 5/5 in my books… err blog!

Beautiful orchard with a large variety of apples and super friendly staff! My kids enjoyed feeding the fish in the lake afterwards too.

This is a great place to take your family for a wonderful U-pick apple experience that doesn't take a whole lot of time and apples are low cost-currently only $1 a pound! They have several varieties of dwarf apples including Honey Crisp, Jonathon, Red Delicious, and Fuji. Family has been in the orchard business for over 30 years and allows you to sample the apples before you buy. After purchasing, staff will give kids a small tin of food to throw in the pond to feed the catfish. Lots of fun!

No we don't have a play ground for kids. We do offer a little fish food for kids to feed the fish after picking apples. There's a nice playground nearby at Black Partridge Park.
Yes, we should still have some Empire remaining through next weekend.
Hi Marva, I'm not sure what you mean by greens, but we have nine varieties of apples: Golden Supreme, Empire, Jonathan, Golden Delicious, Fuji, Jonagold, Gala, Honey Crisp and Red Delicious. Check our Facebook page for the varieties that we are currently picking.
