Contracted to improve my fenced rear lawn, remove existing grass, level and sod the site. Work was completed lawn is still very “bumpy”. Spoke with the owner finally after two attempts and was told nothing could be done as she was not going to redo the job. Additionally it was known at the time the estimate was made that I had a small 10lb dog. The grass they planted is very sensitive to urine, consequently many dead spots. Wouldn’t use them again.
