Most of the time you need to find and load your on order, or be prepared to wait a good while for help, not due to anyone standing around but seems more like always understaffed, or time management. Yard guys should be able to stop restocking to help waiting customers.

Needed to buy nails for a house we were framing by the college, thought I'd save time and buy them at Miller... They wanted $53 for a box that costs $31 at the nail supply shops. Similar experience when trying to pick up a saw blade and router bit. Counter person was indignant when I asked why their prices were so much higher. It's ok, I just won't ever shop there again and will recommend to my contractor and superintendent friends they DON'T shop Miller.
