We really liked this park! Huge sites, clean. We didn’t use the bathhouse. Just make sure you fill up with water, spigots are few and far between. White Oak was an great brewery!!

This place is great for camping. It’s a county park so be advised it only has electricity but there are spigots throughout the park you can hook up to if you want. Sites are large and roomy and pretty level. Plenty of room for our motor home and car. There is a dump station on-site. The lake is beautiful and well stocked with fish. They do have paddle boats, fishing boats and 2 pontoon boats to rent. The beach is open and well kept although there is no lifeguard on duty. The shower house is ok. It’s clean but could use some updating. The campground was mowed as well as the trail that goes all the way around the lake and there are several ways to access the trail from the park. The folks that work here are friendly and willing to help, but not intrusive. The price is right. We will definitely be back.

My husband and I go here every chance we get. It's just a beautiful park. There are picnic tables and barbecue pits so we often barbecue here with friends and family, or we go fishing. You could easily spend all day here just admiring the view.

Excellent camping for families and couples! More quiet in the front and more family oriented in the back. Great hiking trails. Good fishing and plenty of room between sites.
