I needed to get 4 tires I bought mounted and balanced on my F350, I called and they got me straight in. I couldn't be more happy with them, the service was amazing the job they did was perfect, the tires are balanced well. I highly recommend Big Express for simple auto work! I had work done on my vehicle less than 3 months ago and I am now having issurs with my vehicle based on the work that I had done. The people said they can not do anything because they have changed computer systems and none of my information carried over so I am out of luck. No one willing to help me. The manager/owner was to busy on his cell phone and talking to the girls that he did not want to take the time to assist in any way. Warning if you had work done on your vehicle in the past and having issues you are out of luck getting help if something goes wrong.

Love this car wash, has brushes and such. There can be quite a line on the weekends sometimes. Prices are decent, multiple options. I have only been to the car wash. Free vacuum

Paid for the best wash offered. Car is as clean as if I left it in a rainstorm. The undercarriage wash never came on, tire shine doesn't go all the way around tires, and the only part in the rear that is clean is from the guy with the water sprayer.
