I get bad anxiety and was so nervous for my first time. Even though they were simple lobe piercing, everyone made me feel calm and comfortable. I didn’t feel and was not judged for being so nervous. Greg was so nice and calm. He gave me an amazing breathing technique that helped me calm down and help not focus on the thought of the piercing. I was so focused on doing as he said, the piercing was done before i knew it! He gave me a packet and told me everything! I needed to know about after care! Will definitely be going back to get more done!! Highly recommend going here! You feel right at home here after one visit! Wish i could hive 10 stars!

My 7 year old daughter got her ears pierced at PMA about a year and a half ago. The experience was amazing from start to finish. Greg started with a consultation where he explained the process and spoke to her about how it would go he also thoroughly explained the after care. Then he asked her if she had any questions. They do have a policy for kids to wait to make sure they really think through the decision. After our waiting period a few weeks later we went in for the piercing. Everything was very clean, the staff was kind to both of us, and Greg was amazingly professional through the process. He showed her the tools he would be using, he respected her as the customer the entire time, and asked for her consent to touch her ears before any physical contact took place. The level of respect he showed my daughter every step of the way made this the only place that I trust for piercings. I highly recommend them to anyone with kids looking for ear piercing, and I'm going to be booking an appointment for myself soon too. I can't recommend them enough.

Amazing studio! The person at the desk, Ainsley I believe, was super welcoming and sweet when I arrived. Very clean and chill place. Greg was also very nice. He made sure I understood everything and made sure if I had any questions I could 100% ask. I had a very nice first visit, I for sure will be returning for more piercings! :D

Dave was so nice & patient with me. He did a great job on my flower with the names of my grandchildren. In a few months I will definitely go back and have a silhouette of my dog done with his name. I definitely recommend them.
