Door says it opens at 8:00am, online it says 8:30 you get there and they tell you they open at 9:30am people have been waiting since 7:30am some say they're appointment was at 8:00am hoping they are not told that they are late. They should really update there info so people aren't here for hours waiting.

They advise you to come 45 minutes before your appointment, so you can wait an additional 45 minutes after your appointment time. I waited 15 minutes in line because one of the front lady was conversation with another lady at the window, and did not mind the line that was building up. For my OBGYN appointments, it is impossible to get an appointment due to having only one OBGYN available. very limited and unresponsive

Terrible, terrible, terrible service!!!! My dad was hospitalized the week of Thanksgiving and he was told to follow up with his doctor for results. I called and make an appointment and explained the situation. This place was supposed to called me back with an appt which they never did, when I called again they said he already had an appt and that his result where in as well... so day of appt comes and we come to find out that nothing was requested and the staff here just keep insisting for us to leave and make another appointment for another day.... I was very upset with the service and how they handle the situation. I called the hospital myself and requested his records. I basically did their job. 4 hours later a nurse, not even a doctor came to give us our 5 min results. This place is so disappointing.....!!!!!!!! What a waste of nice center if they treat their patients like crap... 😡
