My partner and I (interracial relationship) walked in and instantly felt looked upon by not only customers waiting, but by the ladies behind the counter as well. We were not acknowledged. We waited in line since no one was waiting to order. I could tell they were busy so we just looked at the menu. A lady finished someone else's order and called them out, another man walked in and she did not acknowledge me or my partner. She went to help him. I was starting to feel uncomfortable and disregarded. The second lady looked us, then to the lady, and back to us and in Spanish said she's be right with us. I responded back in Spanish. By this time, I felt so uncomfortable I told my partner to leave. We left and discussed how uncomfortable it was. I hate to even thing this could be a racial experience but the fact that we were ignored and the other lady realized something was wrong made it feel like it was. We will never go here again. I cannot comment on their items since their service was unbelievable.

Love coming here for the ice cream but the customer service needs to improve. Some of the ladies working here have the worst attitude and are very rude. My daughter and i got there 15 min before closing time and as we walked in they all turned to look at us as if we were intruding or bothering them. I asked them if they were still open because they were mopping and cleaning but one of them said in a very rude tone “ yes we are still open” as we are ordering our ice cream the lady was rushing us.. felt very uncomfortable. Management needs to hire better people. I mean a smile is not gonna kill ya.

I love this place. May I recommend the torta special? It comes with chips and a drink. I honestly would have that instead of anything from Subway because the ingredients actually taste fresh. Plus, you're not drinking it with a soda. You're drinking it with a refreshing agua fresca.
