My burger was not hot enough to melt the cheese. Dining room was empty and filthy, not one table or seat was clean, super sticky floor also. I asked for a tray for dine in and she wouldn't give me one because they didn't have liners. Had to ask for salt, cuz my fries didn't have any. And during dine in I heard their negative conversations about other employees. As I was leaving another employee was walking in and had WAY TOO MUCH patchouli oil on and nearly gagged up my lunch walking past her.

Best Burger King in the area. I drive 20 minutes just to get to this one when there are 2 others much closer. They really need to fix their parking lot though it's in awful shape.

I’ve always been a fan of Burger King because the food most of the time tastes better. It’s sad to see that they aren’t more of them. However today I went to this Burger King, of which I’ve been to many of times but after today, this might be my last. I can deal with slow times because of staffing issues but I can’t deal wrong orders or attitude. I ordered 2 breakfast meals with drinks plus an iced coffee and I ordered a hamburger happy meal for my kid. They screen had it as a cheeseburger meal. I said can you change it to hamburger and I only want Lettuce Tomato Mayo and onion. Of course it was a cheeseburger with everything plus the lettuce tomato and onion. While at the window I paid with my card. The young lady working the window asked if I wanted a receipt and I said yes I would, she didn’t give me one with my card, I assumed it was in the bag. She then gives me my coffee and a juice box so I put them in the only 2 cup holders I have in the front of my car. Then another female employee wearing a brown shirt brings the food. After giving me the food I said thanks and she just looks at me. I said I’m waiting on the 2 drinks I had for the meals. She said ok and shuts the window. She opens the window and gives me one of the drinks, since the other drinks are in my cup holder, I’m holding the 3rd drink. The other girl comes to the window with my last drink and hands it out the window. I asked if I could have a cup holder, to which she says yes. She puts the last drink in their and I handed the 3rd drink back because she had it on a flat surface and the lady in the brown shirt rolls her eyes and says, “you couldn’t do that yourself?” The young lady gave me my cup holder and away I went. I wasn’t going to lose my cool but I figured I would leave a review through the survey on my receipt but when I got home there wasn’t a receipt. Also I had 1 straw for 3 drinks and like I said earlier, my kids burger was all messed up. I don’t expect a high class meal when eating at Burger King but attitude and correct order isn’t asking too much. Sadly I don’t think I’ll be able to go back to Burger King. You lost another customer.

It's amazing that tonight is the first night that you can't substitute a side salad for fries without having to buy it separately, but then on top of that I received my salad that was covered by Saran Wrap. Then to 100% cap off this night, I didn't even get salad dressing. The last time I ordered here the salad had a piece of their vent in it, which I bit down on. Needless to say this place is ridiculous!!!

Can a customer get a bun without the seeds on it? I have diverticulitis and I love Burger King, just can't eat the buns with seeds....
